Describe the automation. Workflows builds it.
Write what should happen in plain words and Gudz Workflows turns it into a flow you can see and edit: triggers, AI steps, approvals and actions across 1,600+ apps and every part of Gudz.
When a Shopify order lands, raise an invoice in Tally and WhatsApp the customer
5 stepsFrom a sentence to a running flow
AI builds the first version and tests it. You check it on the canvas.
1,600+ apps
Shopify, Tally, WhatsApp, Sheets, HubSpot and the rest of your stack.
Built into the ERP
Every Gudz event can start a flow, and every Gudz action is a step.
How Gudz Workflows works
Describe it once. Get a flow that's already tested.
Write what should happen the way you'd brief a colleague. Workflows picks the apps, adds the AI steps and approvals it needs, runs the result against your recent data and hands you a flow to check before it goes live.
- Triggers, branches, AI steps and approvals from one prompt
- A dry run on your last few real events
- Change any step on the canvas, or ask for changes in words
When a vendor emails an invoice, match it to the PO. If it's over ₹50,000, get finance to approve it on WhatsApp, then post it to Tally.

1,600+ apps, and Gudz from the inside.
Connect Shopify, Tally, WhatsApp, Sheets, HubSpot, Razorpay and the rest of your stack in a few clicks. Gudz goes deeper: every event in the ERP can start a flow, and every action in it is a step you can use.
- Connectors for Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One and Odoo
- Webhook, HTTP and database steps for everything else

See every run. Fix the ones that fail.
Each run is recorded step by step, with its inputs, outputs and timings. When an app is down, Workflows retries on its own. If it still fails, you get an alert naming the step and the record it was working on.
- Automatic retries with back-off
- Alerts on WhatsApp, Slack or email
- Replay a failed run once it's fixed

What Gudz Workflows can do
Built on the same record as the rest of Gudz, so it understands your business from day one.
Prompt to automation
Describe a flow in plain words, then edit what AI builds on a visual canvas.
AI steps
Classify, extract, summarise and route emails, PDFs and invoices.
Approvals
Pause a flow until the right person approves it, in Gudz or on WhatsApp.
Triggers and schedules
Start on an app event, a webhook, an email or a schedule down to the minute.
Branches, loops and retries
Real logic with error paths, so one bad record doesn't stop the rest.
Versions and permissions
Every change is versioned, secrets are vaulted and teams see only their own flows.
Who it's for
Finance teams
Read vendor invoices from email, match them to POs and post them to Tally after approval.
D2C brands
Sync Shopify orders, send WhatsApp updates and hold risky cash-on-delivery orders for a check.
Operations
Tell the right person when stock runs low, a GRN comes in short or an order is stuck.
Sales teams
Move new leads from forms into HubSpot or Zoho, assign them and follow up on time.

Questions about Gudz Workflows
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Most flows start from a sentence and are finished on the canvas. Developers can still add code steps, HTTP calls and database queries when a flow needs them.
What happens when a step fails?
Workflows retries it with back-off. If it still fails, the run stops at that step and you get an alert. Fix the cause and replay the run from where it stopped, with the same data.
Does it work with ERPs other than Gudz?
Yes. There are connectors for Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One and Odoo, and anything with an API can be reached through HTTP and webhook steps. Gudz goes deepest because every event and action is built in.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Workflows runs on your own servers or private cloud with the same canvas, connectors and run history.
Bring one task you'd like off your plate.
In the demo we'll describe it to Workflows together and watch it build, test and run the flow.
