From dock to dispatch, one scan at a time.
Gudz plans the work on your floor: what to receive, where to put it, what to pick and in which order. Your team follows tasks on an Android handheld, and every scan updates stock, orders and the ledger as it happens.

Guided putaway
Every received carton gets a bin, chosen by space, product and temperature.
Shorter pick walks
Picklists are sorted into the shortest path through the aisles.
Docks on a schedule
Vendors and couriers book slots, so trucks don't queue at the gate.
Counts while you work
Cycle audits check a few bins a day without stopping the floor.
Inward to outward, task by task
Each step creates the next task and gives it to someone with a handheld. Supervisors see every open task, who has it and how long it has taken.
- 1
Dock appointment
The vendor or courier books a slot at a dock door.
- 2
GRN and QC
Goods are counted against the PO and checked before they become stock.
- 3
Putaway
Each pallet or carton gets a bin and a task to move it there.
- 4
Picking
Orders are grouped into picklists that follow the shortest path.
- 5
Packing
Items are scanned into cartons, weighed and labelled.
- 6
Dispatch
Cartons are palletised at the outbound dock and handed to the courier.
Inside Warehouse
Know what is in every bin, and where the next pallet goes.
Model the warehouse as zones, aisles, racks and bins. Gudz knows each bin's size, what is in it and how full it is, and suggests where incoming stock should go.
- Location tree from zone down to bin
- Bin suggestions by free space, product and how fast it sells
- Cold rooms with their own temperature range
- Empty, fits 24 cartons
- Next to B-03-06, same product
- Fast mover, near packing
Pick in the order the aisles run.
Gudz groups orders into picklists and sorts every line by where it sits on the floor. Pickers follow the list on an Android handheld and scan each bin and item, so the wrong product or batch can't go in the tote.
- Shortest picking path across zones
- Batch picking for many small orders
- Scan to confirm bin, item and batch
Give every truck a time and a door.
Vendors book inbound slots and outbound loads are planned against dock doors. The gate knows what is arriving next, and receiving starts as soon as the truck is at the door.
- Dock appointments for vendors and couriers
- Inbound and outbound doors on one schedule
- Late and early arrivals flagged on the board

Gudz AI in Warehouse
Ask the floor what's slowing it down.
Hyperion sees every task, bin and scan. Ask why dispatch is running late and it shows you where the work is stuck, then suggests who to move. Workflows can reassign tasks and alert leads on their own.
Why is the 4 pm dispatch running late?

Questions about Warehouse
Which devices does the warehouse team use?
Gudz runs on Android handhelds, including scanners with a built-in barcode reader. Labels print on TSC and DCode printers, and RFID portals and handheld readers are supported for reading cartons in bulk.
How does Gudz decide where to put stock away?
Each bin has a size, type and temperature range. Gudz suggests a bin based on free space, where the same product already sits and how fast it sells. The worker can choose another bin and record why.
Can we run cold storage in the same warehouse?
Yes. Cold rooms and chillers are zones with their own temperature range, so chilled and frozen products are only ever suggested bins that match.
Can we run more than one warehouse?
Yes. Each warehouse has its own location tree, docks and team, and all of them share the same products and stock record, so moving stock between them is a single transfer.
