Live stock in every location, down to the batch.
Hubs, warehouses and stores share one stock record. Every receipt, sale, transfer and adjustment updates it as it happens, so the number on screen is the number on the shelf, with the batch and expiry beside it.

One stock record
Every hub, warehouse and store on the same ledger, updated as stock moves.
Sellable, not just on hand
Reserved and blocked units are held back, so channels only sell what is free.
Expiry under control
Batches carry their dates, and picking always takes the earliest expiry first.
Reorder before you run out
Levels per location raise a request the moment stock dips below them.
Every unit accounted for, from receipt to sale
Each movement writes a line to the stock ledger with who made it and why. The balance in any location is always the sum of its lines.
- 1
Received
A GRN adds stock to a location, with batch, expiry and cost.
- 2
Reserved
Orders hold units, so sellable stock drops before anything is picked.
- 3
Moved
Indents and transfers send stock between hubs, warehouses and stores.
- 4
Adjusted
Damage, expiry and found stock are booked against a reason.
- 5
Counted
Cycle counts check a few bins a day and post the difference.
- 6
Reordered
Anything under its reorder level raises a purchase request.
Inside Inventory
Every location on one screen.
See on hand, reserved and sellable stock for any SKU across hubs, warehouses and stores. Open a location to see the bins and batches behind the number.
- Sellable is on hand minus reserved and blocked
- Locations below reorder level marked as they cross it
- Stock value at cost for every location
Batches and expiry dates, tracked from the dock.
Each batch or lot is recorded at receiving with its manufacture and expiry dates. Picking follows first expiry, first out, and stock close to expiry is flagged while there is still time to sell it.
- FEFO picking in every location
- Near-expiry alerts at the number of days you set
- Trace a batch to every order it shipped in
Move stock between locations without phone calls.
A store raises an indent, the warehouse approves and dispatches it, and the store receives it against the same document. Stock shows as in transit in between, so it is never counted twice.
- Indents from stores, approved by the sending location
- In-transit stock kept separate from both ends
- Short and excess receipts recorded on arrival

Questions about Inventory
What is the difference between on-hand and sellable stock?
On hand is everything physically in a location. Sellable is on hand minus units reserved for open orders or blocked for QC, damage or an outgoing transfer. Every channel only sees the sellable number.
Can we track batches, lots and expiry dates?
Yes. Batches are recorded at receiving with manufacture and expiry dates, picking follows FEFO, and stock close to expiry is flagged. You can trace any batch to the orders it shipped in.
How do transfers between locations work?
The receiving location raises an indent, the sending location approves and dispatches it, and the receiver confirms what arrived. Stock shows as in transit in between, and any shortfall is recorded on receipt.
Can we count stock without closing?
Yes. Cycle counts cover a few bins or SKUs each day while the rest of the location keeps working. Variances go to a supervisor for review before they post to the ledger.
