Questions about Finance
Do we have to stop using Tally?
No. A small Windows agent keeps Tally up to date with vouchers from Gudz, so your accountant can keep working in Tally. Zoho can be synced the same way.
How are e-invoices and e-way bills generated?
Through GSTZen. When a B2B invoice is created, Gudz registers it for an IRN and prints the signed QR code on the invoice. E-way bills are generated with the vehicle and distance on dispatch.
Which entries are posted automatically?
Sales invoices, credit notes, GRNs, vendor invoices, debit notes, payments, receipts and stock adjustments all post their own journal entries. Manual journals are there for everything else.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Invoices and reminders can carry a Razorpay payment link, and payments are recorded against the invoice as soon as they are made.
